Summer 2008

Look a blog from the Yeomans Family! Thought we would never update it? Well finally my husband has shown me how to do it. I know it's been a really long time since our last blog, and I hear about it all the time. So let me start by saying we are doing very good.

Summer has come and gone, to fast for my liking.

Michael and I had our 3rd wedding anniversary in May. Heather and Doug had their 2nd anniversary. June and July were filled with bridal showers and stags, picnics and parties. In June Mia had her first dance recital, and Heather and I cried through the whole thing. We were so proud of her. Gabby turned 1 at the end of June. Can you believe how fast she is growing up? Soon she will driving and getting married. (that ones for you Heather) Mia turned 4 in July and Uncle Pauly turned 27. Yaya had her birthday in August and Bailey turned 6 years old on September 4th. He also just started 1st grade. I just can't believe how fast time goes by. Heather and Doug are having another baby, and this time around, they are having a boy (David Frances) named after the baby's grandfathers. He should be born right around Cooper's 2nd birthday. Also, Dana and Bill will be celebrating their 7th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow.

OK, so family is out of the way.........

Lucy and Cooper are getting so big. After several bribes, 2 visits to Marineland, and 3 princess movies later, Lucy is finally potty trained. She just started preschool. She loves it. That first day was a hard one for me. I am so proud of her. Now she is into princesses and playing with her dolls. She's standing up in her 2nd wedding on September 27th, for Uncle Nick and Aunt Shannon. Her dress is being made by Shannon's mom and it is beautiful.
Cooper is my little man. He is very adventurous and curious about everything. He is finally talking. Cow is his favorite word. And boy does he eat. I don't think he ever stops eating. He loves all kinds of foods and is already eating me out of a home. I can't wait for him to bring his buddy over to eat. I'll have to go food shopping 3 times a week. His favorite thing to do right now is jump on my bed, and cries if he can't go up there.
Lucy and Cooper get to see Nana and Papa almost everyday, which they can't get enough of. They are a big help to Michael and me when we have to work or when Michael is out of town. We will make Grandparents day up to you next year..... I promise.
Yaya has come to visit us too this summer, and the kids love it. Every time Lucy sees a airplane she tells me Yaya is going to Florida on that airplane.
September is half over and October is fast approaching. I promise my next blog will be sooner then next year. Bye for now..
